I’m Daniel, been working with myself for about seven years now, Water boys plumbing. I’m a plumber and a carpenter. So yes, one of the things that we used to struggle with before we were using AutoM8 me was just basically tracking the jobs, working out exactly how long the job’s worth taking the boys.

Now I can see it all that’s right there in front of me whenever I need it, whether I want to look on my phone or a computer, it’s always there in front of me. So yes, I was a little bit worried about getting set up with something like this originally, because I didn’t really know who to call. I didn’t know too much about different products, and what was available. I went to Sandy and I asked her and she pretty much found the best program for us. Tailored at the suit our business, and been awesome.

I used to have to take a lot of paperwork home to do all invoicing and things like that, now I don’t have to take any paperwork home. It’s just it’s all there in the computer right in front of me, and makes life a hell of a lot easier. If somebody asked me, they need to call Sandy asap and get on board, because it’ll save them money in the long run and make their business run a hell of a lot more efficient. I wish I’d done it a lot sooner; it would have made a massive difference.
